Welcome to the Love Your Life Lab- This is your monthly membership into the perfect learning and practice lab for loving your life just the way it is! We discuss new principles each week that will give you the tools to change old thoughts and habits and the ability to step into your intentional thoughts and behaviors. You will find other women who are working on the same thing in this judgement free space. We work together by attending class and participating in group coaching after each lesson, and we work individually on the weekly homework.
